Rigorous Online Research
My research evolved with the growth of the internet. Early work focused on international usage patterns across many social media platforms. It evolved into ROI on social media investment. There was a side journey into Ergonomics / Human Factors Engineering (HFE). This resulted in an evolving template called TERF, which is used to benchmark corporate policies across seven policy types and fifteen dimensions, ranging from social media policy to deep-faking.
Now most of my work involves improving generative engine optimization (GEO). This is done by stress-testing LLM's and benchmarking the LLM response. It is done primarily via Python-based SM bots using SQL data. The work is not published because it will be commercialized during my retirement in 2027. This endevour is done separately from the university on my own assets.
